The process to get on the wifi also involves giving your name, email, and agreeing to some terms and conditions. Seems a bit strange for an Airbnb so we just decided to not use the wifi.

One frustrating point: The host offered us a discount for additional nights. "There is at least one night available between my reservation and the next guest, and it's highly unlikely that someone else will book it". The offer was appreciated, but we couldn't do it.
Since there was availability, we requested a late checkout. Host wouldn't give us extra 1-2 hours stating "during the current high season, it's not feasible for us to do so. There's a possibility of receiving last-minute bookings..."
This contradicts previous statements & the availability (when I checked again on Airbnb). It seems like he could have given us an extra hour or two with no issues, but rather decided to spin a story to ensure we were out by 10am.

The place fit our family of five comfortably, the location is ideal, there's nothing this size in the area, especially where you can take your dog - and still get the privacy of your own place. We also happened to visit during a heat wave and the place was cool and comfortable.
